Puppy mills have been my strongest pet peeve lately. It seems that I have read so many articles in the paper and on the internet about puppy mills and surprisingly so many have been close to us in Indiana. We watch animal cops on tv and it is so sad to see these things happen to innocent animals.
These dogs might prefer to run inside, mid-track or outside, but they’re not as locked into it as most greyhounds. These are the dogs who can shift their style in mid-stride if they’re blocked.
There are many ways in life to achieve the same desired results. Of them, there are hard ways and easy ways, right ways and wrong ways. The best course of action is to use the easiest and fastest way to get the right results. This requires a lot of supervision and positive reinforcement.
